Massey is a newer subdivision located along the north side of Doby’s Bridge Road in Fort Mill. Past builders included Ryland Homes (2007-2010) and M/I Homes (2008-2010). Massey has a few different builders currently offering new construction options in the subdivision which are listed below. Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Doby’s Bridge Elementary, Banks Trail Middle, and Nation Ford High Schools. Amenities include a two-story club house, exercise room, pool, lazy river, water slide, splash zone, and playgrounds. Homeowners dues are approximately $575 per year.
David Weekley Homes started building in Massey back in 2012 and is currently offering 4 floor plans ranging from around 2000 square feet up to over 3000 square feet. Exteriors are fiber cement siding and start from the low $300’s. Most homes are being built out in the $300’s to mid $400’s. Options might include a three car garage and a bonus room upstairs.
Essex Homes started building here in 2017 and is currently offering 6 floor plans ranging from around 3100 square feet up to over 4600 square feet. Exteriors are fiber cement siding and start from the $370’s. Most homes are being built out in the mid to higher $400’s. Options might include a three car garage, master or guest room down, and some basement home sites.
Ryan Homes started building in Massey back in 2012 and is currently offering 5 floor plans ranging from around 2100 square feet up to over 3700 square feet. Exteriors are fiber cement siding and start from the mid $300’s. Most homes are being built out in the $400’s. Options include a three car garage, finished third floor, and some basement home sites are available.
On the south side of Doby’s Bridge Road is the Enclave at Massey which features new construction from Shea Homes.
