Highclere will have 45 lots on 56.8 acres of land off of Rea Rd between Providence Road and Crane Road. The subdivision is being built by Benchmark Communities and home sites will be serviced by county water and sewer. Site sizes will range from 0.46-0.72 acres in this gated community and most of them back to trees or open common area to give homeowners some space. Benchmark has released 6 floor plans for the subdivision ranging from the 3,400+ square foot master down Belmont to the over 4,500 square foot Hanover. Available features for these new construction homes include dual masters, guest room on the first floor, 4 car garages, and screened porches.
