Harlow’s Crossing is a brand new subdivision by M/I Homes located near the intersection of Weddington Matthews and Hemby/Beulah Church Roads. A majority of the 71 lots will be located on the eastern side of Weddington Matthews Road and there will be a smaller section of 20 homes on the western side of the road. Home sites will average around one-third of an acre in size and will be serviced by county water and sewer. There are no plans for amenities but they will have some open green spaces in the center of the community. Homeowner’s dues are currently around $373/quarter.
M/I Homes is offering seven floor plans starting from 3,900 square feet up to over 5,200 square feet. These are two-story plans with some options for third floors and a three car garage. Prices start from $600,000 and most homes will be built out in the high $600’s to $700’s. Some plans are priced with fiber cement siding and there are also options for full brick.
This neighborhood is currently assigned to Antioch Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools for the 2018-2019 school year.
