Williamsburg Entry off Beulah Church Road
Williamsburg is a small subdivision that began in 2001 along Beulah Church Road in Weddington. These original homes are traditional brick homes on acre lots that were constructed by local builders and range anywhere from 3,000 square feet to over 5,000 square feet. There were many empty lots remaining in the front of the community that were built on recently by True Homes starting around 2011. These newer homes are more of an updated colonial look with fiber cement siding and stone accents. Prices for properties in the subdivision will usually range from the $400’s to the $700’s. Homes are serviced by either county sewer or on individual septic depending on the lot and by county water. The homeowners dues are around $550 per year.
School-aged children currently are zoned for Antioch Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High schools for the 2018-2019 school year.
