The Reserve is a Centex community with approximately 340 homes built between 2003 and 2006. In The Reserve, buyers can find 1.5 to 2 story full brick, brick or stone front, as well as vinyl siding homes ranging in size from approximately 2,000 sq. ft. up to 4,000 sq. ft. Sales prices in The Reserve have generally been in the mid $200’s up to $500,000 range over the past year. The lots here are generally level with some backing to wooded areas for privacy. Homes were built on slab with some crawl spaces available, but no basements.
Amenities in The Reserve include a community clubhouse, pool with kids play area, walking trails, playground, recreation area, and a large pond with a beautiful spray fountain at the Crane Road entrance. Homeowner’s fees are currently around $840 per year. Community events include the Fall Vendor Extravaganza.
