Sagewood is an emerging community from Shea Homes. It is located in Mecklenburg county on around 13 acres just north of the Union county line next to Colonel Francis Beatty Park. There will be only 37 homes in the subdivision on lots up to a quarter acre in size. There will be no neighborhood amenities but it is right next to the public park which features walking trails, sports fields, playground, and a large pond.
Shea Homes will be showcasing their Cambridge model featuring around 2,800 square feet as well as offering other one-and-a-half story and two story home plans including master down options. Pricing is expected to start in the $300’s.
Neighborhood children are currently zoned for McKee Road Elementary, Jay M. Robinson Middle, and Providence High Schools for the 2017-2018 school year.
