Rosecliff Entry Sign
Rosecliff is a newer community located right next to Marvin Ridge Middle and High Schools. Rosecliff will have approximately 46 homes on 100′ – 200′ home sites that average around a half acre in size. This new neighborhood will include a pond and walking trails as well as a possible sidewalk to the schools.
David Weekley Homes was one builder in Rosecliff with prices that started around the $650’s. They are no longer selling in this subdivision.
Essex Homes is now selling in Rosecliff. They are currently offering 6 floor plans to choose from including a ranch with bonus up and options for two-story homes with the master suite on the first or second floor. Home sizes range from around 3,000 square feet up to almost 5,000 square feet. Prices start from the mid $500’s.
Other new homes will be built by Traton Homes. They have a selection of different floor plans on their website and prices should start in the low $700’s for 4+ bedroom homes with a 3 car garage and features like first floor master suites and optional third floors.
