Providence Crossing is located off Providence Road, approximately one mile south of the I-485 interchange. This neighborhood of traditional full brick and stucco homes was built primarily in the mid to late 1990’s by various builders including DR Horton and Cherry Homes. A majority of the homes are around 3,000 square feet to 4,000 square feet in size with 4 or 5 bedrooms. The lots are generously sized starting around one-third of an acre and increase up to almost an acre for a few select properties. Home prices range from the mid $300’s up to the $500’s.
Residents have homeowners dues around $180 per year. There are no amenities within this community but homeowners have the option for membership to the adjoining Providence Country Club which is conveniently located just past the back of the neighborhood. School-aged children are currently zoned for Polo Ridge Elementary, JM Robinson Middle, and Ardrey Kell High School for the 2015-2016 school year.
This neighborhood is a popular option for buyers due to its convenient location, highly rated schools, and affordable prices. Contact Nancy with questions or to view available homes for sale in Providence Crossing.
