Old Belle Meade is a new subdivision located off Tilley Morris Road just north of the I-485 overpass. The builder of these 16 home sites is Goodwin Custom Homes. They are currently offering four floor plans to choose from with all around 3,000 square feet in size. Three of these plans have master upstairs and one is a ranch with bonus that has a master downstairs. More information coming soon!
