Oak Grove Estates is a new construction subdivision located off Waxhaw Marvin Road beside Anklin Forrest. Traton Homes was the builder of 3 of these 24 home sites that are around a half acre in size. Lots will be generously spaced with most lots around 100 feet wide and many backing to woods and common area. This intimate community has no plans for a pool but will have walking trails and green space.

New Builder! CalAtlantic Homes, now Lennar, will be completing homes on the remaining 21 lots and offering 5 floor plans. Plans include both master up and master down options. Prices currently start around the mid $500’s. Homes will be over 3,000 square feet and have three car garages.

Neighborhood children are currently zoned to attend Kensington Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle, and Cuthbertson High Schools for the 2018-2019 school year.
