McNeely Farms is a horse-friendly neighborhood of 11 larger acreage lots located off McNeely Road. Lot sizes vary anywhere from 3 acres to over 5 acres. There is a private equestrian training and boarding facility, McNeely Farms Equestrian Center, located in the back of the neighborhood. Custom home opportunities are currently still available.
This neighborhood is zoned for Western Union Elementary, Parkwood Middle, and Parkwood High Schools for the 2017-2018 school year.
