Lismore is a new subdivision by Ryan Homes located off Pleasant Plains Road next to the entrance to Callonwood. This neighborhood will include 34 homes with no plans for amenities. Homeowners dues will be around $350 per year. Home sites vary but are approximately one-fifth to one-quarter of an acre for most lots. Prices to start from the $300’s and include options for guest room down and 2 to 3 car garages. The builder is offering six floor plans – from a 2100+ square foot ranch plan, the Winterbrook, up to a large 5 Bedroom/4 Bath Normandy plan with over 3700 square feet.
Neighborhood children are currently zoned for Matthews Elementary, Crestdale Middle, and Butler High School in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System.
