Lake Providence is a sprawling, established community of single family homes on large, treed lots in Weddington. Homes in Lake Providence start around the high $300’s and go up from there depending on square footage and location on one of the neighborhood lakes. Most lots are around one acre in size with some lots over three acres and homes have well water and septic systems. A majority of the homes within Lake Providence were built from the late 80’s to 90’s and are primarily full brick, traditional style homes. There is no community pool or clubhouse but the neighborhood has a good sized lake to the north of Beulah Church Road and a small one to the south. Homeowners dues are minimal at less than $200 per year.
Neighborhood children currently are zoned for all Weddington schools for the 2015-2016 school year. There are a small number of lots and/or new construction homes available within Lake Providence.
