Kensington Park is a brand new subdivision located off Waxhaw-Marvin Road beside Quellin. Lennar Homes is building the homes in this smaller neighborhood of only 22 lots. Floor plans range from their smallest Garland ranch plan at around 2500 square feet up to their largest Hopewell plan with over 3,600 square feet. Plans include master bedrooms on the first floor as well as options for screened porches and gourmet kitchens. Prices start from the mid $300’s with most homes anticipated to sell in the $400’s.
All lots are around one acre in size with a few larger lots reaching over an acre. Homes have fiber cement siding and some stone or brick accents on the front. There are no amenities, and homeowners’ dues are around $960 per year.
Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Kensington Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle, and Cuthbertson High School for the 2018-2019 school year.
