Entry to Greenbrier

Greenbrier is a new 206-lot subdivision off Potter Road, south of New Town Road.  Builders include True Homes and Century Communities.   Most lots will be around 1/3 to 1/2 acre in size, and homes will be serviced by county water and sewer.  Home styles will range from ranches to two-story with fiber cement siding and front- or side-load garages.  Prices currently start from the high $200’s to the high $300’s depending on plan and size.

Century Communities is offering several floor plans from about 2,700 square feet to over 4,000 square feet.

True Homes offers 17 floor plans from 1,900 to over 4,300 square feet.  The builder has just opened their new Estates section with wider lots starting from the low $300’s.

Homeowners’ dues are approximately $750 per year.  Amenities plans include a neighborhood pool that is expected to open this summer.  Greenbrier is currently zoned for Western Union Elementary, Parkwood Middle, and Parkwood High Schools for the 2018-2019 school year.
