Currently they offer about 7 floor plans to choose from, including their one story Melvin and their largest two story Buchanan. Prices start from the mid $400’s. Exteriors are brick veneer with some optional stone accents. Most lots are around a quarter acre with a few lots being larger. Two car garages are included with some possibilities for a three car garage available.
Homeowners dues are currently around $114 per month. Neighborhood children are currently zoned for Matthews Elementary, Crestdale Middle, and Butler High School for the 2017-2018 school year.
