Cureton is a large master planned community which began around 2005.  There are many different sections of the neighborhood with various builders and home styles.  New construction builders currently include the Cunnane Group, Classica Homes, and Meritage Homes.  The large diversity of builders translates to wide-ranging home styles from traditional to transitional with touches of Craftsman, Southern Charm, and Old World European.  Buyers in this neighborhood are able to find townhomes, ranch homes, basement homes, and two- and three-story homes available to suit any need.

Cureton’s amenity center is located next to the Providence Road entrance and is striking in its appearance.  There are pools, a large slide, fitness center, paved walking trails, large pond, and playground.  HOA dues are approximately $600 per year.  The neighborhood is also conveniently located next to shopping including a Harris Teeter grocery store, restaurants, and across from the Lowe’s Home Improvement store.  Neighborhood children currently attend highly rated Kensington Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle, and Cuthbertson High Schools.
