Cortona is an emerging subdivision located off Billy Howey Road near New Town Road. Lennar is now offering new construction homes in this brand new 183-home community. The lots will range from approximately 1/4 acres and up. The homes will feature vinyl siding with some brick or stone accents and two-car, front-loading garages.
Lennar currently has around 16 floor plans to choose from, including 8 with master down and 8 with master up to accommodate your family’s needs. The ranch plans start at just over 1,600 square feet and are priced from the high $200’s. Their largest floor plan is over 4,700 square feet and starts from the high $300’s.
School zoning for the 2018-2019 school year will be Wesley Chapel Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle, and Cuthbertson High School. There are plans for amenities in this subdivision. There will be a clubhouse, a fitness area, and an outdoor recreation area with a fireplace, bocci court, and horseshoe pit. Homeowners’ dues are currently around $500 per year.
