The Chimneys of Marvin Entry
The Chimneys of Marvin is a medium sized community of full-brick Pulte homes on approximately 1/3 to 1/2 acre lots. The neighborhood is located next to Sandy Ridge Elementary and across the road from the middle and high schools. Construction began around 2006 and ended just recently in 2014. Home sizes range from around 2,000 square feet up to 5,000 square feet and include some third floors and basement homes. Two and three car garages are available in both front and side load options depending on the lot. Amenities include a pool with lap lanes, pool with a water slide, zero entry splash pool, walking paths, pond with a fountain, 4,000 sq ft clubhouse with fitness center, lighted tennis courts, sports courts, and a playground. HOA dues are about $1200 per year. Neighborhood children currently attend Sandy Ridge Elementary, Marvin Ridge Middle School, and Marvin Ridge High School for the 2014-2015 school year.
