Neighborhood Homes
Chatsworth began in 2005 with luxurious new construction by Turnberry Homes which continued for a few years until the recession hit. The remaining lots were purchased by various builders and investors and construction started back up around 2012. The neighborhood homes have spacious interiors and vary from around 3,700 square feet up to over 7,000 square feet including finished basements. Lot sizes range from a half acre up to a full acre and there are currently a few undeveloped lots remaining within the subdivision. Homes in Chatsworth normally range from the high $600’s up to $1 million.
There are no community amenities in this small subdivision but a number of homes have private pools. Homeowners dues are approximately $750 per year.
