The neighborhood will have two sections separated by a small pond and natural area as well as a future phase just south of New Town Road. The builder is offering six floor plans from 3,300 square feet to over 4,300 square feet with 5 bedrooms. The model home showcases their Wilmington plan. There is a master suite down plan, the Eastover, with an option for a guest room down as well and a ranch style plan with a bonus room up. The other plans have master suite up and options for a guest room on the first floor.
This subdivision is located within the Cuthbertson cluster for the 2017-2018 school year. Homeowners dues are currently around $75 per month.
