Canterfield Creek is an established subdivision in Marvin with brick homes on mature lots that are around one-half to three-quarter acre in size. Homes were built in the late 1990’s by Shea Homes and range in size from 2,700 square feet up to around 4,500 square feet. The neighborhood features side load garages ( two-car and three-car options) and traditional style 2 story homes. Properties here are usually priced from the mid $400’s to the high $500’s.
Amenities include a neighborhood swimming pool, splash pool, clubhouse, walking trails, pond with fountain, and a playground. Homeowners dues are around $1,060 per year.
Neighborhood children are currently zoned for Marvin Elementary, Marvin Ridge Middle, and Marvin Ridge High School for the 2016-2017 school year.
