Camberley is larger neighborhood in Waxhaw with single family detached homes located around the corner from shopping and restaurants. The homes here were built from 2002-2006 by Beazer Homes and HomeLife Communities and are attractively priced from the high $100’s to mid $200’s. The lots are generally around one-third of an acre but there are a few properties with a half acre. The homes vary from around 1,600 square feet to just over 3,000 square feet and the community has both ranch and two-story homes.
Homeowner’s dues are approximately $260 per year to cover the common area expenses including a small pond.
School aged children are currently zoned for Waxhaw Elementary, Parkwood Middle, and Parkwood High School for the 2015-2016 school year.
