Bromley started around 2007 as a high end custom home development with large lots and sprawling estates on 160 acres. Custom homes have sold at prices up to $1.8 million. When the market downturn hit, some of these newly constructed mansions were sitting vacant (some for years) with no buyers. In 2012, 103 Bromley lots were purchased by Toll Brothers as one of their premier communities in Union County. Toll Brothers is well regarded in the luxury home market and was honored as 2012 Builder of the Year by Professional Builder magazine.

Toll Brothers is currently selling their acre+ home sites starting from the high $500’s with most new homes projected to come in the $700-800’s.
