Blackstone is a well-kept neighborhood built by Shea Homes around the 2000-2007 time frame. It is located off Hwy 84/Weddington Road, just past Wesley Chapel Town Hall. The community is also down the street from Village Commons Shopping Center and walking distance from Target, Hickory Tavern, and PetSmart. Amenities for residents include the community pool, tennis court, walking trail, and playground.
The typical home here is a two-story full brick with some basement and third floor homes available. Prices range from the mid $300,000’s to the low $500,000’s for 3,000- to over 5,000-square foot homes. HOA dues are around $1,100 annually.
