Belle Grove is a newer subdivision in Marvin that has had different builders over the years. Belle Grove is located off Bonds Grove Church Road past Barrington. The brick and stone entrance welcomes residents and guests into 25 gently rolling, wooded home sites around an acre in size. Currently, popular area builder Shea, now known as Empire Homes, is constructing homes on the remaining sites!

HOA dues for Belle Grove are approximately $900 per year and there is no community pool or clubhouse. Neighborhood children currently attend Sandy Ridge Elementary, Marvin Ridge Middle, and Marvin Ridge High Schools for the 2020-2021 school year.
