Barrington

Barrington is an established Shea Homes community located off Bonds Grove Church Road in the Marvin area that began around 2006. A small number of new construction home sites are now available with 6 floor plans offered starting in the $350’s to low $400’s. Lot sizes range from a quarter to a half acre and some sites back to trees. Resale homes are currently in the $300-400,000 price range.

Amenities include a Jr Olympic pool, kids’ splash pool, playground, and walking trails. HOA fees are around $850 per year. Barrington children attend New Town Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle, and Cuthbertson High Schools for the 2014-2015 school year.
