Adelaide Estates is a new community being built by Bonterra Builders. This single family community is located off Potter Road south of Wesley Chapel Elementary. The 68 lots are mainly around a half acre in size with some options for three-quarters of an acre. Bonterra is offering a wide variety of options with 11 floor plans to choose from, ranging from a 2800+ square foot ranch with bonus up all the way up to their two story 4000+ square foot, 5 bedroom Arlington plan. Home exteriors are a mix of fiber cement siding and/or brick veneer with some stone accents. Two and three car garages are available depending on the plan and lot. Prices start just above the mid $300’s up to the low $400’s depending on the plan.
The neighborhood will have two small ponds with walking trails. Homeowners dues are currently around $650 per year.
Adelaide is currently zoned for Wesley Chapel Elementary, Sun Valley Middle, and Sun Valley High Schools for the 2017-2018 school year.
